Spotting bright spots

Finding happiness, hope and support in difficult times.

Spotting bright spots

How do you find happiness, hope and support in difficult times? This talk is for people looking for recognition, support and hope.

Anke shares her own story (ill for almost half her life due to Lyme and Pfeiffer) and translates it into practical tips. The message: happiness does not arrive on its own once everything looks right on paper. Especially when life is hard, it is extra important to actively spot bright spots.
