Lovely that you are visiting my website. I handle your data with care. In this statement you can read which data I collect, what for, and what rights you have. This concerns the website ankevandenbos.nl.

Who is responsible?

Which data do I collect?

I only collect the data you fill in yourself in one of the forms on the site (the contact form or the request form). Think of:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number (only if you fill it in with a request);
• your message or the details about your event (date, location, budget, occasion).

If you fill in nothing, I collect nothing. I do not use tracking or advertising cookies and I do not track your browsing behaviour.

What do I use your data for?

Solely to respond to your message or request and to get in touch with you. I do not use your data for anything else and I never sell it.

Who helps me with this?

To run the website and the forms, I use these services:

• Web3Forms — processes the form submissions and sends them to my inbox.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

These parties only process your data to deliver the service, not for their own purposes.

How long do I keep your data?

No longer than necessary. I keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your question or request properly, and delete them afterwards.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Just send an email to ankevandenbos@gmail.com and I will sort it out quickly. Not happy about something? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
